Booking and Payment

To book a transfer, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. When you book a transfer, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as displayed on the Website. We accept various payment methods as listed on the Website. Payment of a deposit is due at the time of booking with the remainder due at the time of trip completion.

Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible. Please note deposits are non – refundable. We reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions, or vehicle unavailability. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund of your deposit or the option to rebook.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage or personal belongings. We have limitations on the size and weight of luggage permitted in our vehicles. Please refer to our FAQs for details.

Prohibited Items

You are prohibited from bringing illegal or hazardous items on board our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disrespectful, or disrupts the safety and comfort of other passengers.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Website or Services, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

Dispute Resolution
