Does Lux Drive provide transfer services for unaccompanied children?

No, Lux Drive does not transfer children who are not accompanied by a guardian 18 years of age or over.

Do you provide child restraints?

No, Lux Drive do not provide infant/child restraints, nor transfer infants/children who require a restraint. This is due to our insurance requirements to have the restraint installed by a certified technician to ensure the safety of the infant/child.

How much luggage can I bring?

Lux Drive vehicles have the capacity for 2 large, or 3 medium pieces of luggage.

How many passengers can travel with Lux Drive?

Lux Drive has the capacity of transferring 3 passengers comfortably per vehicle.

How can I get in contact with Lux Drive regarding my booking?

Please follow the details on the booking confirmation or reach us via our contact us on the Lux Drive website.

How do I know what car is be picking me up, and where to meet?

The booking confirmation you receive via email will include all the details you need to know, including car number plate, and pick up location. The drivers phone number will also be provided in case you need to contact the driver at the last minute.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please contact Lux Drive via email as soon as you can. Please provide your name, flight number and booking number. Our team will do the best we can to accommodate your change.

How can I cancel my booking?

Please follow the contact us details on your booking confirmation to contact our support team to advise of your cancellation.

How do I book a transfer with Lux Drive?

Simply select the request a transfer tab and follow the booking process. You will be required to place a 20% transferable deposit* to secure your booking. Once your booking has been placed, and the deposit processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

Over a lifetime, when compared to an ICE vehicle, the emissions produced by an electric vehicle are significantly lower, resulting in real change for our planet.

At Lux Drive our eco conscious vehicles produce emissions from 6gCO2/Km, compared to an average ICE vehicle producing 184 gCO2/km. Our vehicles are a cleaner transfer option that will enable us to significantly reduce our overall carbon footprint.
